How You Can Be Involved

MBCH Children and Family Ministries unique ministry is to provide Christian foster parents for children who have been abused and neglected.  Christian foster parents have a wonderful opportunity to share their homes, their lives, and the love of Christ with foster children and their families.  Our mission is to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and be there to help when a family is going through difficulties.

We need more Christian foster families to provide this wonderful ministry of foster care.  MBCH Children and Family Ministries provides all the training you will ever need in order to be a state-licensed foster home. 

Could God be calling you to this ministry?  You may not be sure if you would be the right fit; that is what assessment and pre-service training is all about -  for you and MBCH Children and Family Ministries to decide together if foster parenting is the right path for you.  There is no pressure. You are not signing on the dotted line by coming to an informational meeting regarding foster care, participating in an initial visit or even beginning the training.  You can choose to select out of the process at any time.
