You Have the Potential to Save Children
By Keith Vawter, Regional Representative
One of our primary tasks as Regional Representatives is to help people realize their potential to help save children’s lives and restore families that are torn apart for so many different reasons. Each child or family you help to restore is different from any other and so are the churches I go to each week to share the Gospel and message of The Missouri Baptist Children’s Home ministries.
As you consider how you can help, first and foremost we need your prayers. Pray for the children and families in our care, for the staff that minister to them each day that they will have the Love of Jesus , the Wisdom of Solomon and the Patience of Job, the administrative staff all over the state.
Second, we need your help financially. You can pledge and give regularly, you can make a one-time gift, Tax Credits are a great way to give, and if you would like to set up a plan for a perpetual gift call us about setting up a Christian Estate Plan. You might even be a part of setting a jar on the Lord’s supper table, like this one at Mission Home Baptist Church for a Penny March every Sunday.
Third, you might consider being a foster parent or even an adoptive parent. We also need volunteers to help in different ways so pray and then get involved in helping save children and families.
