The LIGHT House

The LIGHT House Baby Boutique Moves to New, Brighter Location

The LIGHT House Baby Boutique recently relocated! The Boutique, which was previously in the lower level basement at Wornall Road Baptist Church, had dealt with several water issues. We now enjoy a bright new space upstairs at Wornall Road, just down the hall from the administrative offices!

We couldn’t have made this move without our wonderful volunteers who helped pack and move! Thank you to Kallie Lampone and Vonda Breedlove, our long term boutique volunteers, who helped with the packing and unpacking. Thanks are also in order to the group from Metro Christian Fellowship who moved all of our items from the basement to the new upstairs space. We are truly grateful!

The Baby Boutique is available to the young mothers in the Outreach Program. They “earn” the right to shop there through attendance and participation in the Program on a weekly basis. The Boutique features baby clothing, toys, diapers and wipes, formula, baby food and other necessities. Most of the mom’s say they would not be able to provide for their baby’s needs without the generosity of others.
