Registration

How to Register for Workshops:

          We accept cash, checks or business purchase orders. Space in each course is limited, so you should pre-register at least 7 days in advance to guarantee a place in the workshop of your choice. You may register in any of the following ways:

• By Telephone: Call 314-739-6811, Ext. 334 or toll-free at 1-800-264-6224, Ext. 334 Monday through Friday from 8:00 – 5:00 to register. Payment can be mailed after registering.
• By Mail: Mail payment and workshop request information to: The MBCH Professional Development Institute, 11300 St. Charles Rock Road, Bridgeton, MO 63044-2793
• By Fax: Business purchase orders and other workshop request information may be faxed  to
  314-739-6325.
• By E-Mail: Send information to pdi.registration@mbch.org.

Necessary Information

          Regardless of which method of registration you choose, the following information should be included:

• Workshop Name
• Date of Workshop
• Attendee Name(s)
• Name of Contact Person
• Phone Number

          Unless otherwise noted, workshops are held at Missouri Baptist Children’s Home, 11300 St. Charles Rock Road, Bridgeton, MO. Ample parking is available. Missouri Baptist Children's Home is a non-smoking campus. Restaurants and lodging are available within close proximity. Meals are not included in the cost of workshops unless specified..

Cancellation and Refunds

          Attendance to all workshops is closely monitored for space and budgetary reasons. Therefore, it is very important that MBCH PDI is informed as soon as possible if someone who is registered for a particular workshop needs to cancel.

          The MBCH Professional Development Institute reserves the right to substitute a speaker or cancel a session of the named speaker is unavailable to make his or her presentation. We further reserve the right to close or cancel the conference at any time prior to its presentation due to capacity limitations, insufficient registration or for any other reason. The Institute cannot be held responsible for any other expenses incurred by the participant as a result of no space available or cancellation.
