Mothers With Children

MBCH recognizes that young mothers in the Crisis Pregnancy Program often need additional assistance learning how to care for their baby after delivery. The Mothers with Children program allows the mother and infant to return to Coleman House after delivery (until the baby is 6 months old). Parenting skills, life skills, drug education, community development, personal/spiritual development, day care, job training and educational assistance are all vital elements of this program.

Fees for services are based on the ability to pay. Social Security, Medicaid and VA benefits are accepted if applicable. We also have contractual agreements with certain public agencies. MBCH Children and Fmaily Ministries is primarily funded through endowment, individual gifts and church donations.

The Pregnancy Counseling and Supportive Services program of
MBCH Children and Family Ministries exists to offer
