Our services are
available to anyone experiencing a pregnancy who needs support. Our
staff will assist with locating appropriate resources to meet the
needs of you and your child. MBCH Children and Family Ministries
offers counseling and emotional support. The decision to parent or
make an adoption plan is yours to make. Our staff will help you
explore which choice is best for you and your child and will assist
you in carrying out that plan.
We understand that your
pregnancy may affect more than you and your child. When possible, our
services are available to birth fathers and other family members.

Coleman
House
If you need a place to
live during your pregnancy, Coleman House may be a place for you.
Coleman House is located on the Bridgeton (St. Louis) campus of MBCH
Children and Family Ministries and is a safe a nurturing place where
you will receive the support, skills and information necessary to make
good decisions for you and your child.
Mothers With Children
MBCH recognizes that young
mothers in the Crisis Pregnancy Program often need additional
assistance learning how to care for their baby after delivery. The
Mothers with Children program allows the mother and infant to return
to Coleman House after delivery (until the baby is 6 months old).
Parenting skills, life skills, drug education, community development,
personal/spiritual development, day care, job training and educational
assistance are all vital elements of this program.
Transitional Housing
Transitional housing may
be available on a case-by-case basis.
Non-Discrimination
These confidential services are
available to anyone who is experiencing an untimely pregnancy
regardless of age, race, religion, income or stage of pregnancy.
Fees
Fees for services are
based on the ability to pay. Social Security, Medicaid and VA benefits
are accepted if applicable. We also have contractual agreements with
certain public agencies. MBCH Children and Fmaily Ministries is
primarily funded through endowment, individual gifts and church
donations.
The Pregnancy Counseling and
Supportive Services program of
MBCH Children and Family Ministries exists to offer
life, hope and
healing
to women facing pregnancy and beyond.
We are here to help young women through seemingly “impossible”
circumstances, who sometimes have nowhere else to turn.
