KIMBERLY MILLS
Biographical Sketch
Kimberly Mills
joined the staff of the MBCH Foundation in November 2008. She had
moved to St. Louis only the month before from Fort Worth, Texas. Her
title is "Grant Writer" and her responsibilities include a wide
variety of fund raising activities and management of the tax credit
programs.
Kimberly received her Bachelor's in Communication from Metropolitan
State College in Denver, her Masters in Social Work from the
University of Texas in Arlington and her Ph.D. from Union Institute in
Cincinnati. Although her advanced degrees are in Social Work. Most of
her work has been non-clinical, focusing on program development,
program advancement and fundraising. Her latest position was with a
nonprofit health care clinic in Fort. Worth.
Not unusual for her education, interests and work experience,
Kimberly has donated much of her time volunteering (and representing
her employers) with United Way, Chamber of Commerce and Rotary groups
in the various cities in which she has lived.
Kimberly's husband (who prompted the geographic move) works as the
Executive Vice President for CPI, an old St. Louis Corporation. |
