Missouri Baptist
Children’s Home is one of a few child care agencies in Missouri that
still provide benevolent care. In 2007, nearly 60% of the services of MBCH were funded by charitable resources. Our children and youth
depend upon the generosity of people and organizations who understand
the tremendous need and have the financial resources to provide for
their care.
The MBCH Foundation
staff has special training and expertise in charitable giving and
estate planning techniques. Our Development Officers are expert in
helping you plan your gifts in ways that can allow you to 1) increase
your current income, 2) reduce your current and future taxes, 3)
reduce or eliminate the cost of probate and 4) not disadvantage your
heirs.
The MBCH Foundation
staff is backed by expert financial counselors who can provide sound
advice for any area of planning. When needed, these outside legal and
financial planning consultants are available.
Development
Officers and Territories
The MBCH Foundation employs four professional
development officers who live and serve in each area of Missouri. The
following map shows the division of the state by development officer:
Travis
Hanna,
Billy Massey, James Morrow, Keith Vawter and
Sandy
Woodside. The MBCH Foundation also has two staff members
with state-wide responsibilities: Chief Operations Officer
Robert C. Springate
and Director of Advancement Linda (Ragusky)
Buschman. Additionally, President Bob Kenison has state-wide
responsibilities and also serves the northeast corner of Missouri.
