We have just the place for you! Working at Missouri
Baptist Children’s Home is more than a job, it is using God-given
talents to be a role model to children who come from very hurtful
situations.
There are thousands of hurting children who nee to see
and feel God’s love. Unfortunately, there is a desperate shortage of
people who love the Lord enough to give themselves to care for these
children. MBCH is seeking dedicated Christian people for full and
part-time employment.
If you accept God’s call to minister to His children
at MBCH, you will be working with school-age children who have been
abused, neglected and mistreated. Many have never been exposed to
God’s love before they came to MBCH. You will be the hand of God in
their lives.

Youth Care Specialists
- Challenging positions for individuals who can provide a nurturing,
disciplined, well-organized home environment for 8-10 children ages
6-18. Must be HS graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred),
21-years-old or older, well-grounded spiritually, physically healthy
and possess a great deal of patience. Positions currently available
include:
Lowe-Frillman Campus in
Bridgeton (St. Louis)
• Live-in Youth Care Specialists (Full-Time): Schedule is
Monday-Monday, every other week. (Individuals and married couples
will be considered, however, we are not able to accommodate couples
with dependent children.) Now accepting applications..
• Shift Youth Care Specialists (Full-Time, 40 hours per
week). 1 p.m. - 11 p.m. shifts, Wednesday-Saturday or
Sunday-Wednesday currently available.
Byrne Campus in Peculiar
(near Kansas City)
• Live-in Youth Care Specialists (Full-Time): Schedule is
Monday-Monday, every other week. (Individuals and married couples
will be considered, however, we cannot accommodate couples with
dependent children.) Now accepting applications.
Hutchens Campus in Mt.
Vernon.
• Live-in Youth Care Specialists (Full-Time): Schedule is
Monday-Monday, every other week. (Individuals and married couples
